Quiz Thrill is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

3. EARNING & REDEEMING COINS

You earn Coins by playing quizzes, contests, or tournaments.

100 Coins = 1 Diamond.

Coins and Diamonds have no cash value

Rewards are only redeemable as gift cards, vouchers, or digital goods.

Fraud or misuse may result in suspension and forfeiture.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

We offer the following in-app purchases:

• Coin Packs
• Diamond Packs
• Emoji Packs
• Chat Backgrounds

Note: All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

Prices may vary by platform (Android/iOS) and include any applicable taxes or store fees.

5. ADS AND MONETIZATION

Quiz Thrill uses Google AdMob to serve in-app advertisements. By using QuizThrill, you consent to ad data collection as per Google's Privacy Policy.

6. CONTENT AND GAMEPLAY

Quiz content is reviewed to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Users are expected to play fairly. Use of bots, cheating tools, or exploiting bugs is strictly prohibited.

Suspicious activity may lead to disqualification, coin reversal, or account termination.

7. LEADERBOARDS AND BADGES

Our app features different leaderboards for:

• All Modes
• Contests
• Tournaments

Performance also unlocks badges, statistics, and levels visible in your profile. These elements are for recognition only. However, we may reward users with coins for unlocking special badges like Expert, Brainstorm Boss, and others—these rewards are subject to change over time at our discretion.

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Misuse of reward system
• Cheating or fraud
• Disrespectful or abusive behavior

No refunds or coin redemptions will be allowed from banned accounts.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, graphics, content, and design elements are the property of Quiz Thrill and DSU Connect. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part of the app or website without written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Quiz Thrill is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

We are not responsible for:

• Internet or device issues
• Failed or delayed redemptions due to incorrect user input
• Any indirect, incidental, or special damages

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Quiz Thrill means you accept the revised terms.
